Clubhouse takes intellectual property rights seriously and we will temporarily disable or terminate the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
If you’re a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you can report alleged copyright infringements by sending your DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our designated agent or by completing our copyright form. Only the copyright owner or their authorized representative may file a report of copyright infringement. If you believe something on Clubhouse infringes someone else’s copyright, you may want to let the rights owner know.
If we remove content in response to a DMCA notice, we may notify the infringing Clubhouse user so they have the opportunity to send a counter-notice. We may also send a complete copy of the notice to others, as appropriate.
