Clubhouse was designed to be a space for authentic conversation and expression. People come here to be themselves, have fun, and make friends — so it's really important that we keep things safe for everyone.
If you received a suspension, it's because we investigated an incident and found a violation of our Community Guidelines that help keep the platform safe.
If you think you received a suspension by mistake, let's talk! We're pretty thorough in our investigations so that we only take action when it's really necessary — but hey, nobody is perfect. Mistakes can happen, so appeals are an important check and balance to the process.
We welcome all users to appeal actions if they believe there was a mistake. We will only respond to the suspended user out of respect for their privacy.
You can get in touch with us to talk more about what happened via this form. Please select "I want to appeal a suspension" so we can quickly review your appeal. This can apply to House suspensions and image blurring in addition to account suspensions.
Please note that repeat violations will lead to longer suspensions and eventually, you'll receive a "final strike" warning before being suspended permanently with your next violation.
