The European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) seeks to protect the fundamental rights of users of digital services, create transparency and accountability for those services, and foster innovation, growth, and competitiveness. Clubhouse is committed to protecting its users and their fundamental rights.
Single Point of Contact for EU Authorities
Article 11 of the DSA requires online platforms to designate a single point of contact to enable direct communication with the European Commission, EU Member States’ authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services in regards to matters related to the DSA. These parties may contact Clubhouse at dsa-contact@clubhouse.com with any inquiries.
When submitting legal requests to Clubhouse, such as requests for information, EU law enforcement and government personnel are encouraged to review Clubhouse’s policies here.
As the contact address dsa-contact@clubhouse.com is intended only for use by EU authorities, please note that unrelated correspondence sent to this address will not be addressed.
Single Point of Contact for EU Users
Article 12 of the DSA requires online platforms to designate a single point of contact to enable communication with users residing within the EU in regards to matters related to the DSA.
Clubhouse users within the EU may report illegal content or send DSA-related inquiries through our DSA Illegal Content Reporting form.
Users are encouraged to always report any content they encounter that violates Clubhouse’s Community Guidelines directly in-app using the instructions here. In-app reporting is the most direct and efficient way to escalate reports to our team and ensure all relevant details needed to investigate are included.
