Clips default to being on for Open rooms, which means any user in the room can take a Clip.
Room creators can disable Clips after they open the room directly from the Clips icon 
. If the room creator has left the room, any moderator can disable Clips. Once you disable Clips for your room, you won’t be able to turn Clip sharing back on unless you start a new room.
Clips are not currently available for private and social rooms.
