How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
You can cancel in the app under your profile settings by clicking “manage subscription”, or you can cancel through the App Store or via Google Play.
Where is it available? Why can’t I get it?
Currently, Clubhouse Plus is only available in the US and Canada.
Can I switch my subscription to another account I own?
No.
Do I need to pay to add my X or Instagram account?
If they are not already connected, you will only be able to as a Clubhouse Plus subscriber. Currently connected accounts will not be impacted.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests should be directly submitted through the provider you used to make your purchase:

Payments for subscriptions amounting to any time period or use of the services are generally non-refundable. That said, we understand that issues may arise.
Where we are involved in the review of refund requests or disputes, we complete all reviews on a case-by-case basis. Our team will thoroughly review each case based on available data, user history, and any submitted evidence. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and we reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding refund requests and disputes.
